Another move...

Since the last post, I've moved the hosting to DailyRazor.com. I would have to say that they might be rough around the edges, but they have come through in making my site work. At first, I could not get the site working at all. However, the support staff managed to meet every need that I have. I would say Plesk might not be the ideal for me. However, DailyRazor.com is offering much more when it comes to HD space and bandwidth. We'll see. I've now pointed my name servers to them. Hope they won't let me down.

Hello,

We noticed that some traffic came to our site (www.arvixe.com) from your site. As an update: We no longer limit access to DBs using IPs.

In fact, had you mentioned that you were canceling for that specific reason, we would have made the switch then.

Hi Arvand,

At the time I did submit a ticket requesting DB access. I wish you had made the decision to open things up earlier. As of now, I've spent too much time in moving these sites around. Most of my sites are picture hosting, with links to the original images. To move my site to your servers now would mean moving another 10GB of data. That's just too much work for me right now. However, you will be on the top of my list if things don't work out with the current hosting company.

I am happy to hear that my site is able to bring you some traffic. If anyone out there is looking for a hosting company, I do recommend Arvixe.com. Of all the companies I've dealt with these few months, they are on the top of the list. If it wasn't for the amount of hassel, I would move there myself.

BTW, after a couple of months with DailyRazor, I've determined that I cannot continue with them. For some odd reason, each time I update and rebuild my site, it conflicts with their Plesk. No one was able to determine if the problem is on their configuration of Plesk or if my site is just not Plesk-friendly. Either way, I have since moved. I have been a happy customer of Arvixe.com for quite a few months now.
